Refund policy

Due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened unless they were damaged in transit. In such cases, photographic evidence will be required within 24 hours of receipt of the order. A refund  will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items. This excludes any postage costs.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
