Tobi's Goat Meat Pepper Soup

Cooking time: 30 mins


  • 400g goat meat (diced into cubes)
  • Scotch bonnet, chopped
  • Ground crayfish
  • 2 tsp Omoakin Pepper Soup Spice
  • 1 tsp Scent leaf
  • 2 cups of water (or more if needed)
  • 2 stock cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Wash meat thoroughly and place in pot. 
  • Add stock cubes, scotch bonnet and water until it covers the meat and bring to boil on medium heat.
  • Once the meat has started boiling, add pepper soup spice and ground crayfish, reduce heat and cook until meat is tender. 
  • Add scent leaves - taste for seasoning and add salt if needed.
  • Allow to simmer for another 5 mins.
