Tobi's Goat Meat Pepper Soup

Ingredients
- 400g goat meat (diced into cubes)
- Scotch bonnet, chopped
- Ground crayfish
- 2 tsp Omoakin Pepper Soup Spice
- 1 tsp Scent leaf
- 2 cups of water (or more if needed)
- 2 stock cubes
- Salt to taste
- Wash meat thoroughly and place in pot.
- Add stock cubes, scotch bonnet and water until it covers the meat and bring to boil on medium heat.
- Once the meat has started boiling, add pepper soup spice and ground crayfish, reduce heat and cook until meat is tender.
- Add scent leaves - taste for seasoning and add salt if needed.
- Allow to simmer for another 5 mins.
