Tobi's Lamb Chops

Preparation time: 15 mins (+2hr marinating time)
Cook time: 20 mins


  • 8 Lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • Omoakin Suya Spice
  • Season each lamb chop on both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  • Add the suya spice to your preference.
  • Sprinkle lightly with thyme and brush with olive oil.
  • Marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  • Place lamb chops in an air fryer (you may want to use a small foil dish as this helps retain the juiciness of the meat) [We recommend the Ninja AF160UK Air Fryer MAX 5.2 Litres]. 
  • Alternatively, you can pan fry or use an oven - you’ll just need to adjust cooking times accordingly.
  • Select the ‘Air Fry’ menu option on the air fryer and adjust temperature to 160oC.
  • Allow to cook for 15 mins, turning frequently for even cooking.
  • After 15 mins, increase temperature to 180oC and cook until brown.
  • Sprinkle lightly with some more suya spice and serve with fries.
