Pepper Soup is an iconic dish from various parts of West Africa, primarily Nigeria. Its broth-like result is achieved through the generous use of meats, chili peppers, and Calabash nutmeg. Our fiery blend of Pepper Soup Spice further amplifies the soup's heat with Cameroon and Cayenne peppers.

Ingredients: Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Cloves, Nutmeg, Scent leaves, Uda seed

Goes well with: Beef, chicken, seafood or veggies. 

How to use: Use to season meat or add to soups and stews while cooking. For a classic pepper soup, just add your favourite herbs (fresh or dried - we recommend basil or parsley) and you’re good to go!

Good to know: No added sugar, artificial flavours or colourings.

The pepper soup spice is also amazing, I make my favourite peppersoup with this spice and I must say the flavour is spot on. This is especially good as you don’t need to add any other peppersoup spice while cooking…everything is already in it.

Perfect Spice for Post Covid recovery

Covid got me hard, and I lost my sense of taste and smell. I tried almost all I could but couldn't taste anything which made me feel useless. I made a little portion of pepper soup with your spice, and I must confess it helped. I have started tasting even though it's still at the early stage. Thumbs up...
